Who ProClean Access are
ProClean Access is a high-level maintenance and access firm based in Guiseley, West Yorkshire, trading since 1997. It is run by Kris Newbould, who carries out every job himself with no subcontractors. Kris is IPAF certified and the business carries £10m public liability insurance.
Their tracked spider platforms fit through gateways from 78cm, and their truck-mounted booms reach up to 25m. That means they can get a platform to a gable, chimney or upper-floor window on most houses and many larger buildings.
What ProClean Access do
- Operated cherry picker hire, always with Kris as the IPAF-certified operator
- Gutter cleaning by hand, photographed before and after
- Solar panel cleaning with purified water and soft brushes
- High-level maintenance: gutter repairs, minor roof repairs, chimney surveys, fascia, soffit and UPVC work, and sealant at eaves and roofline
They cover West and North Yorkshire, Hull and East Yorkshire, and Lancashire.
How we work together
A lot of the work we do is high up: failed sealant around upper-floor windows, open joints on a gable, chimney pointing or a leak that only shows at the roofline. To repair those properly we need to be up close to the joint, not reaching from a ladder.
On those jobs ProClean Access brings the platform and operates it, and we carry out the specialist repair: cement or lime repointing, sealant, gaskets or masonry repair. Where the cause is not clear yet, we start with a leak and water ingress inspection before any repair is quoted.

For managing agents, landlords and homeowners, that means one visit, one plan and photographs of the finished work.
It works the other way too. Some of ProClean's high-level work turns up failed sealant or open mortar joints, and some of ours needs access at height. Whichever of us you contact first, we will put you in touch with the other where it helps.
