Why diagnosis first
Repeated resealing that does not remove the water route means the leak carries on behind a fresh bead. Decorating over moisture that is still coming in means the damp is back within months. One inspection that finds the cause costs less than two repairs that miss it.
Reports and records
We offer fixed-fee building envelope inspections and written snagging reports for property managers, landlords, housing associations and contractors. Reports are detailed enough to support insurance claims, maintenance programmes or specification for tendering. Quotes are itemised: materials, labour and access are shown separately.
Prices
Inspections start from £125. If you accept repair works over £1,200 within 30 days of the inspection report and we carry them out, the inspection fee is deducted from the final invoice. Repair prices are on our prices page.
Access and tenants
